    Hi there,

I've tried to do some investigation before posting this but I can't find an answer..

my jury that lights the lover/bulle keep in line (equivalent has the meter for temp and how baritone or high)SEE PIC and heated seats stopped working yesterday. I can feel heat at the vents but no winnow. Heated seating don't work either.
I found that the 10 amp IGI No. 2 fuse was blown and replaced it. (It blows again immediately I call up, or at least when the truck turns off and indorse on. Regard PIC This gave me my panel lights hinder but information technology doesn't trip fan operating theatre move the temp operating room fan up or down. Heated seats are at the highest bar but don't turn happening. The "outside temp" reads E (for wrongdoing I assume). Realise PIC This mean I throw no heat up or defrosting options in the heart of a really cold winter= emergency for me! Can't get into the franchise until Th and I can fix much of block myself.

Question is: is this the heater relay on the passenger side? Operating room is there another fuse I should substitute under the hood? Or???

    Thanks in advance!! I'm freezing

  2. Taste this:
Identify the 20A nates bulle, remove it.

Verify 7.5A is fine and test the A/C for heat.

If these are the fuses inside the cab I tried the 20A heated seats one and it was fine. I'll check the other ane though. If this is the fuses subordinate the hood, I will check!
  4. ... Remove the 20A for the seat heater. Check for heat up on the A/C.

Are you steady you pulled the right one? The quarrel for the fuse are under the slot. So you might e pulled to sunroof one. Noticed you circled the ane fuse only gave the wording for the one above it

  7. We need to remove a circuit from the equating. The Seat Heaters are known to be a miscarry.
Verify that and we fanny go to next measure.
And at that place's the issue of the fuse doing its job (7.5A)
    Oregon not...:burp:

Ugh no-good you're right! I labelled that 10A wrong in the post (fixed it) just yes I pulled the correct 20A for seat heater and the 7.5 A is still intact. With the seat heater fuse out and the 7.5A fuse good, I bewilder the Saami: none panel display, no fan and the seat heaters still don't work :(

  9. The removal of the 20A was to disable the Seat heater without moving the 7.5A system of rules it shares.

This represent the fuse in the engine bay and relay to the heater.
Verify if the fuse is not blown. The relay would need to be removed to verify proper function of it.

Nope! But it's been very cold here for weeks (A low as -17C) which is remarkably snappy thusly I've been using the heat, heated seat and defrosters at full blast for a fewer weeks.

I just YouTubed how to test unmatchable and I don't have a multimeter. I have a circuit tester only. I also proverb that you can try replacing it with another electrical relay of the corresponding typewrite just I don't envision some other relay that has the exact same words/numbers connected the sides. The others are grey covers instead of blue also, so I didn't want to chance information technology. Are they similar?
  16. Place very small wire (+) from battery to either PIN number, along remaining pin blank space small wire to ground. You should see and hear information technology click.

Unfortunately that's the only 5 pin of that size.

    I saw you can use a 9 V battery?
  18. These are the circuits the 7.5A IG-No. 2 feeds.

  19. You'll need to get a DMM to continue.
Testing the connector to the A/C control condition and heater blower requires it.
